US Army doctors in the Philippines infect 5 prisoners with plague and withhold proper nutrition to create Beriberi in 29 prisoners; 4 test subjects die.
Under commission from the US surgeon general, Dr. Walter Reed goes to Cuba and uses 22 Spanish immigrant workers to prove that yellow fever is contracted through mosquito bites. Doing so, he introduces the practice of using healthy test subjects, and also the concept of a written contract to confirm informed consent of these subjects. While doing this study, Dr. Reed clearly tells the subjects that, though he will do everything he can to help them, they may die as a result of the experiment. He pays them $100 in gold for their participation, plus $100 extra if they contract yellow fever.

Jews living in the colonies built in Palestine by Edmond James de Rothschild send a delegation to him which tell him, "If you wish to save the Yishuv (The Jewish settlement) first take your hands from it, and...for once permit the colonists to have the possibility of correcting for themselves what needs correcting."
Rothschild replies, "I created the Yishuv, I alone. Therefore no men, neither colonists nor organizations have the right to interfere in my plans."

Rockefeller founds the General Education Board.
Cecil Rhodes dies and according to his will, leaves his fortune "To and for the establishment, promotion and development of a Secret Society, the true aim and object whereof shall be for the extension of British rule throughout the world, the perfecting of a system of emigration from the United Kingdom, and of colonisation by British subjects of all lands where the means of livelihood are attainable by energy, labour and enterprise, and especially the occupation by British settlers of the entire Continent of Africa, the Holy Land, the Valley of the Euphrates, the Islands of Cyprus and Candia, the whole of South America, the Islands of the Pacific not heretofore possessed by Great Britain, the whole of the Malay Archipelago, the seaboard of China and Japan, the ultimate recovery of the United States of America as an integral part of the British Empire, the inauguration of a system of Colonial representation in the Imperial Parliament which may tend to weld together the disjointed members of the Empire and, finally, the foundation of so great a Power as to render wars impossible, and promote the best interests of humanity."
His Illuminati brothers institute the Rhodes Scholarship at Oxford University the same year.

German Alfred Ploetz founds the Archive for Racial and Social Biology, which becomes the chief journal of the German eugenics movement.
Ernst Haeckel (who later joins the Thule society) popularizes eugenics in Germany.
John D. Rockefeller issues "Occasional Letter No.1" to the General Education Board where he states, "In our dreams, we have limitless resources and the people yield themselves with perfect docility to our molding hands. The present education conventions fade from their minds, and unhampered by tradition, we work our own good will upon a grateful and responsive rural folk. We shall not try to make these people or any of their children into philosophers or men of learning, or men of science. We have not to raise up from among them authors, editors, poets, or men of letters. We shall not search for embryo great artists, painters, musicians, nor lawyers, doctors, preachers, politicians, statesmen, of whom we have an ample supply.
The task we set before ourselves is very simple, as well as a very beautiful one, to train these people as we find them, to a perfectly ideal life, just where they are. So we will organize our children and teach them to do in a perfect way the things their fathers and mothers are doing in an imperfect way, in the homes, in the shops, on the farm."
With the financial aid of Averell Harriman and Rockefeller, Charles B. Davenport constructs an advanced eugenics research laboratory at Cold Spring Harbor, Long Island, NY. The land used for this facility is owned by the Dulles brothers - the Rockefeller lawyers. The first racial hygiene laws in the world evolved from investigations and reports issued from this facility.
A group of Rothschild-backed Zionists led by Georgi Apollonovich Gapon attempt to overthrow the Tsar in Russia in a Communist Coup. They fail and are forced to flee Russia and are given refuge in Germany.

The Rothschilds claim that due to growing instability in the region and increasing competition from Rockefeller's Standard Oil, they must sell their Caspian and Black Sea Petroleum Company to Royal Dutch and Shell.

Harvard professor Dr. Richard Strong infects prisoners in the Philippines with cholera to study the disease. 13 of the prisoners die and he compensates the survivors with cigars and cigarettes. Nazi doctors tried at the Nuremberg Trials will cite this study to justify their own medical experiments.
On April 9, 1907 the Governor of Indiana signs into law a bill passed by the state legislature that provides for the involuntary sterilization of "confirmed criminals, idiots, imbeciles and rapists." Although it is eventually found to be unconstitutional, this law is widely regarded as the first eugenics legislation passed in the world. Later, in 1927 a revised law will be implemented and before it is repealed in 1974 over 2,300 of the State's most vulnerable citizens will be involuntarily sterilized.
Jacob Schiff, a Rothschild descendant and the head of Kuhn, Loeb and Co., warns the New York Chamber of Commerce: "Unless we have a Central Bank with adequate control of credit resources, this country is going to undergo the most severe and far reaching money panic in its history."
The Rothschilds place J. P. Morgan in charge of advancing the central bank plan. Interestingly, J. P. Morgan's father Julius Morgan was America's financial agent to the British. After Julius' death, his son took on a British partner, Edward Grenville, director of the Bank Of England.
When Jacob Schiff's promised panic of 1907 occurs, the bankers demand reform. Paul Warburg (Schiff's brother-in-law) publishes a plan entitled, "A Plan for a Modified Central Bank" which advocates a central bank with an "elastic currency."
John D. Rockefeller and Reverend Harry F. Ward establish the Methodist Foundation of Social Service, America's first communist front organization. Reverend Ward's job is to train apostate ministers and place them as heads of Christian churches.
Samuel Bush becomes president of Buckeye Steel Castings Co. in Columbus, Ohio. For his entire career, Bush supplies Wall Street railroads with castings. He later becomes a close advisor to President Hoover as well as the first president of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM). NAM establishes a history of supporting union-busting and fascism. In the 1950s, Robert Welch and other members of NAM form the John Birch Society.

Senator Aldrich becomes the chief sponsor of the Aldrich-Vreeland Act which creates the National Monetary Commission. Aldrich personally leads this Commission to various European capitals to consult with the Rothschilds for 2 years - at the expense of the American taxpayers of course, for a total of $300,000.00.
With the widespread financial panic over, J. P. Morgan is hailed as a hero by the President of Princeton University, Woodrow Wilson, who states, "All this trouble could be averted if we appointed a committee of six or seven public spirited men like J. P. Morgan, to handle the affairs of our country."

Jacob Schiff founds the National Advancement for the Association of the Colored People (NAACP) to be used as a tool to incite black people into rioting, looting and other forms of disorder in order to cause a rift between the black and white communities. Jewish historian Howard Sachar states the following in his book, "A History of the Jews in America", "In 1914, Professor Emeritus Joel Spingarn of Columbia University became chairman of the NAACP and recruited for its board such Jewish leaders as Jacob Schiff, Jacob Billikopf, and Rabbi Stephen Wise."
Other Ashkenazi Jew co-founders included Julius Rosenthal, Lillian Wald and Rabbi Emil G. Hirsch. The NAACP doesn't appoint a black President until James Weldon Johnson in 1920.
